This ensures that the policy data of the broker is secure, and that only the broker has access to this data. By means of password control Trustco Intermediary Solutions ensures that client information of a broker can only be accessed by a person allowed access to the data by means of a password. Trustco Intermediary Solutions ensures that the data is secure by conducting daily backups, on site and off site.

Full Premium Administration

Trustco Intermediary Solutions collects premiums by means of a monthly ACB collection. Such collections can take place on more than one date per month. Trustco Intermediary Solutions manages returned premiums and cancellations. Monthly bordereauxs is prepared by Trustco Intermediary Solutions and premium and commissions are distributed  to all parties.

Claims Administration Monitoring

The i-Edge system allows the broker to register claims, raising of estimates on the system. The broker can then follow progress of the claim on line.

Policy Holder Protection Rules

The i-Edge system allows the broker to comply with the act, by producing the Statutory notice with policy schedule. The rand value of commission and fees is reflected as required by the Insurance act. All versions of the policy are kept on the i-Edge system that makes the broker compliant, as the act requires data to be kept for 3 years.
